Privacy Policy

This notice explains how RTC London Ltd (“RTC London”, “we”) uses the personal data you give us through rtclondon.com. We are the controller of that data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Questions: info@rtclondon.com.

What we collect

Quote requests: your name, email, and what you choose to tell us about your event (phone, company, service, date, number of guests, area, budget, message).
Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
Orders, bookings and accounts (when available online): contact details, delivery and billing addresses and order history. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

Why we use it

To answer your quote request and prepare your event: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract with you.
To process orders and bookings: performance of a contract.
To send our newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
To keep accounting records: legal obligation.

Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us run the site and the business, under contracts that protect your data: our hosting and email provider (IONOS), our database and storage providers, Google (we keep a copy of quote requests in a Google Sheet) and, for online payments, our payment provider. Some of them may process data outside the UK, with the safeguards required by UK law. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that don’t lead to a booking: up to 2 years. Orders and bookings: as long as required for tax and accounting (normally 6 years). Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Write to info@rtclondon.com. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
